Entech's Vacation Rental Management Software specializes in short term rentals of individually owned condominiums, chalets, villas, and vacation homes. The design provides clear, uncluttered, and easy to read screens.

RESERVATIONS - The Tape Chart gives a bird's eye view of vacation properties showing their bookings and/or availability. This view allows you to zoom in and out for a closer look at bookings. With the Select a Property screen you can enter a wide range of selection criteria to find an appropriate rental property for a guest. Reservations are booked easily with a variety of customization available including trip insurance, scheduled prepayments, standard guest charges, security deposits, etc. Rate calculations are season specific with multiple rates available for each property or group of properties.

FRONT DESK - Once a reservation is booked, most other activity takes place on our Front Desk. From here reservations can be changed, prepayments can be entered, guests checked in and out, moved, cancelled or reinstated. Functions are easily selected with the press of a button.

ON-LINE BOOKING - EntechPlus online booking has taken online, real-time capabilities one-step further. We've developed an interface for transforming your web site from a static pool of information to a technologically advanced, comprehensive, interactive database of user-friendly options.

HOUSEKEEPING - Our extensive housekeeping module provides for up to the minute cleaning status of units, along with the ability to assign housekeepers on the fly, provide linen reports, check out lists, and various other housekeeping reports.

ESCROW MANAGEMENT - Entech's software has a true Escrow Management design where all monies are readily accounted from both an overall management view down to an individual owner's account. From the time money is entered into the system from the Front Desk to the time it's paid out to owners or vendors, you can account for where that money is within the system providing a checks and balance system unparalleled with any other software package.

ACCOUNTING - Money is entered through the Reservation and Front Desk part of our software and flows easily into the Owner Accounting and Vendor Payable part of our software. Additional charges can be entered on owner's accounts and paid out through Vendor Payables. Owner statements, checks, owner history, vendor payables, client billing, and security deposit processing round out the accounting portion of our software.

MAIL MANAGER - Entech keeps track of guests who have stayed with you in the past. Our Mail Manager provides easy access to guest names when booking reservations as well as for printing mail labels. E-mail addresses are maintained for printing confirmations or exported into your e-mail address book. If you use Entech's Work Order Program vendors can automatically be e-mailed work orders as well.
