FlexRent is a database application that you can modify according to your needs. You can design your own reports, modify the interface, and change what fields are kept in the database. FlexRent is developed in Microsoft Access, which is an open database tool that will enable you to adjust and expand FlexRent.

FlexRent is designed to handle the task of listing, scheduling and billing for vacation rentals. It will track the property owners, your customers, and all of the properties you wish to list. You can quickly search properties and find which are available for any given period of time. Once you book a vacation spot for your clients, FlexRent will provide you with the means to bill them and track their payment history.
